Early Arrival
Arriving early in Pattaya? No problem! You can have your room ready before the regular check-in time for an additional fee of 1,000 Baht. (Breakfast is not included, and check-in is available from 07:00 AM onwards.)

Late Departure
If you have a late departure and wish to keep your room, you can book a late check-out until 18:00 for an extra 1,000 Baht.

Combination Deal
Want the best of both worlds? Arriving early and leaving late? Enjoy both early check-in and late check-out for a total of 1,500 Baht extra.

On-Site Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available for our guests at Thai Garden Resort. Our secure parking area offers peace of mind throughout your stay.

Standard Occupancy:
Our room rates are based on double occupancy (up to 2 guests). The 2-bedroom apartments are an exception and include occupancy and breakfast for up to 4 guests.

Additional Guests:
Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy (more than 2 people) will incur extra charges. These charges may include fees for extra beds, linens, breakfast, or other amenities. The additional guest charge is not included in the base rate and will be calculated during the booking process.

Children’s Occupancy:

• Children aged 0-4 years: No charge for occupancy or breakfast. A crib is available upon request at no extra cost.
• Children aged 5-12 years: Not charged for occupancy, unless they require an extra bed. However, they will incur a mandatory breakfast charge of 200 THB per day, which cannot be waived.
• Children aged 13 and above: Considered adults and will incur the full adult rate for both occupancy and breakfast.

Direct Booking System:
Due to a limitation in our direct booking system, children under 13 are not charged for occupancy. However, children aged 5-12 will still incur a mandatory breakfast charge of 200 THB per day, even if no extra bed is requested. This breakfast charge is non-negotiable.

Pet Policy

• At Thai Garden Resort, we regret to inform our guests that pets are not permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make alternative arrangements for your pet prior to your stay.

Smoking Policy

• Thai Garden Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and public indoor areas. For guests who wish to smoke, designated smoking areas are available.
• Please note: A cleaning fee of 2,000 THB will apply if smoking is detected in the room.

Group Booking Policy

• For larger groups, we are pleased to offer special arrangements. Group bookings of 5 or more rooms can be made with us.
• For inquiries regarding rates, availability, and special requirements for group bookings, please contact our reservations team directly. We would be happy to assist you in planning a seamless stay for your group.

Damage and Liability Policy

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property during their stay. If any damage or loss occurs, guests will be held liable for repair or replacement costs, which will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• Please report any damages to the front desk immediately, so we can address them promptly.

Special Requests

• We are happy to accommodate special requests to enhance your stay with us. Whether you need a specific room type, a special celebration setup, or have dietary preferences, please contact us in advance.
• While we strive to fulfill all requests, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Thai Garden Resort reserves the right to amend, cancel, or postpone reservations without liability. We will make every effort to notify affected guests and provide assistance where possible.
